Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders! Please allow 2-3 days for your items to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. You will be notified at the email used during checkout when your order has shipped including tracking information. 

Returns:

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please reach out to bubbabearclothingco@gmail.com if there is a quality issue or other concern about your order, and please include your order number. 

Cancellations: 

We do not accept cancellations as orders are shipped ASAP. Please reach out to bubbabearclothingco@gmail.com ASAP with any concerns or questions. Please be sure to include your order number.

Damaged Items:

Our products have gone under multiple quality inspections, but should there be a fault in your item, please notify us at bubbabearclothingco@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of your items with your order number and a brief description of the damage. Photos are encouraged! Items must be in their new and unworn condition, tags attached. Items washed or worn are not eligible.

Lost/Damaged Mail:

Bubba Bear is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. Bubba Bear is not liable for any returns due to undeliverable addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for any reshipments due to lost packages or packages returned. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a safe, secure space for deliveries to be dropped off.

For orders showing as delivered that are not present at your residence or show up damaged, please let us know and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
